Neil is the man who keeps everything (and everyone!) running smoothly. With decades of experience under his belt, he’s seen it all, fixed it all, and probably predicted it before it even happened. Neil’s the driving force behind the team, making sure every job is done to the highest standard.

When he’s not leading the charge, Neil enjoys a well-earned break — though chances are, he’s still thinking about boilers!

Colin has been working alongside Neil in one way or another for over 30 years, and there’s not much he hasn’t seen! Known fondly as “The Oracle” by the team, Colin seems to have the answer to just about everything. As a heating engineer, he’s kept busy making sure boilers stay in top shape and homes stay warm.

Outside of work, Colin loves paddleboarding and travelling the country in his caravan — always up for a new adventure!

Lewis has been part of the team since he left school and has pretty much done it all since!

From fixing a leaky tap washer to installing full central heating systems, there’s no job too big or too small for him. You might catch Lewis out on the road quoting jobs or even helping out in the office when things get busy.

When he’s off the clock, Lewis is usually on the football pitch or cheering on Chelsea. And if he’s not doing that, he’s running around after his two lively dogs!

Callum has been working alongside us since leaving school and has developed into a highly capable servicing and breakdown engineer. Specialising in boilers, he’s responsible for diagnosing faults, carrying out repairs, and servicing heating systems. Whether it’s a routine check-up or an emergency call-out, Callum is dependable, efficient, and always ready to help.

Outside of work, Callum enjoys spending quality time with his family and playing football to stay active.

Lola is one of our fantastic plumbers, and we’re proud to have her on the team! Following in her family’s footsteps, where everyone has a trade, she’s quickly made a name for herself.
Lola loves getting stuck into any plumbing challenge that comes her way and can often be found on the road fixing all your taps and toilets!

When she’s not on the tools, Lola loves socialising with friends and keeping active at the gym.

Mark is one of our lead engineers specialising in boiler servicing and breakdowns. With years of hands-on experience, he focuses solely on heating systems, ensuring our customers stay warm and safe all year round. His in-depth knowledge of boilers and efficient problem-solving make him a go-to expert for any heating-related issues.

Outside of work, Mark enjoys spending quality time with his children and making the most of
family life.

Alex is our expert boiler installer who’s been keeping homes warm since joining us straight from school – over 10 years ago. From first learning the trade on an apprenticeship with us, to becoming one of our most trusted team members, his dedication and expertise are second to none. Outside of work, if he’s not busy installing boilers he’s busy on his mountain bike or going to music festivals!

Jack is one of our skilled bathroom installers, known for his precision and attention to detail—an essential quality when it comes to creating high-quality bathroom spaces. As an all-rounder, Jack can tackle everything from full bathroom refurbishments to boiler installations and even the odd dripping tap. His versatility and high standards make him a real asset to the team.

Outside of work, Jack keeps busy playing drums in his band, staying active with and chasing after his energetic toddler!

Callum is one of resident boiler experts — he genuinely loves getting stuck in and fixing heating systems to keep homes warm and running smoothly. There’s not much he can’t diagnose and repair when it comes to boilers!

When he’s not on the job, Callum swaps boilers for engines. He’s a keen mechanic and spends his spare time tinkering with his truck and loves music festivals.

Calum is a fully qualified plumbing and heating engineer who’s been with us from the very beginning of his career. Starting out on work experience, he progressed through an apprenticeship and has grown into a skilled, reliable all-rounder. Whether it’s fixing a dripping tap, servicing a boiler, or carrying out full heating installations, Calum approaches every job
with professionalism and care.

Outside of work, Calum leads a very active lifestyle—competing in fitness events and enjoying music festivals whenever he gets the chance.

Brandon is one of our go-to bathroom experts and is always busy transforming spaces into stylish, functional bathrooms. With a great eye for detail and a love for a job well done, he makes sure every installation is finished to the highest standard.

When he’s not on the tools, Brandon is a dedicated family man, enjoying quality time with his loved ones.

Jacob began his plumbing career with us as an apprentice and has since grown into a valued member of our team. Having successfully completed his plumbing apprenticeship, he’s now in the final stages of his gas certification, further expanding his skills and qualifications.

Outside of work, Jacob is a keen footballer and enjoys staying active on the pitch whenever he gets the chance.

Behind all the great engineers is the dedicated office crew keeping the wheels turning! The Office Dream Team are the friendly voices at the end of the phone, juggling calls, schedules, quotes, and everything in between. They keep the whole operation running like clockwork — and somehow do it all with a smile (and plenty of tea and biscuits).

Whether it’s booking in jobs or keeping the engineers in line, they’re the glue that holds the team together.

Jack is the newest member of our team, having recently started his plumbing apprenticeship with us. Eager to learn and quick to get stuck in, Jack is already showing great promise as he begins his journey in the trade. His enthusiasm, keenness to learn and positive attitude make him a great addition to the team.

When he’s not on-site or learning the ropes, Jack enjoys playing football and staying active outside of work.
